User Policy

Our salons are designed to have our customers enjoy our services while spending a relaxing time.
For that purpose, the following precautions will be taken and customers whose behavior falls under the prohibited activities will be asked to leave and never to visit our salons.
We sincerely ask for your understanding.

(Precautions)

• Customers who had experienced allergic and other negative responses to the chemicals used in the salons should refrain from using our service.
• Personal and valuable items should be taken care of by customers themselves. We do not take responsibility for any items being stolen or lost in our salons.

(Prohibited Activities)

• Repetitive canceling of reservations
• Impersonating somebody else, or using false identity when utilizing our salons.
• Shouting or making loud noise, or any other activity that bothers other customers in our salons.
• Making unreasonabel demands, or talking or behaving threateningly or intimidatingly to our staff (nailists and other employees) in our salons.
• Other remarks or behavior we deem unacceptable.

Sanitary Environment Standard

RounGe adopts an original sanitary standard to provide a peace of mind and safety to our customers.
The cosmetics and procedure tools are sterilized and disinfected after every procedure, and everything even including sofa seats and remote controls is also cleaned and disinfected every time.
Also, we support reinforcement of sanitation by placing JNA licensed "nail salon sanitation managers" in all of our salons, and with regard to tools for the nails, we use disposable files (surfboard-shaped tools to trim down the nails) only once per customer and discard them afterward.
The salon space is cleaned after every procedure under the direction of a dedicated supervisor, and a professional cleaner is employed twice a month.
We are actively working to provide sanitary safety to our customers as a part of our overall service.
Beauty goods and tool products are cleaned with a product that contains 75.9% to 81.4 % of an ethanol disinfectant commonly used in medical facilities.
The blended ethanol disinfectant conforms even to the standards for use on hands and fingers, so customers can use it without being burdened because safety is taken into consideration.

License Standard

90% of the nailists in RounGe are JNA 1st level certified technicians. The other nailists are 2nd level certified and are employed under the condition that they shall be certified at 1st level within 6 months. Customers can be reassured that both of our brands completely prohibit employment of any JNA 3rd level and non-certified person, or performance of any procedures by such a person.

We are working to improve the literacy of the industry through active participation in industry organizations, as shown in our performance in training of nailists licensed by Japan Nailist Association and in salon management.

Products Standard

The RounGe brand solvents used in the procedures are leading foreign brands with a high degree of recognition such as EZ FLOW, OPI, ibd, MOGA・BROOK, etc. Also, we are using only Swarovski made stones, excluding the oversized non-standard stones. In providing our products at the best prices, we do not lower the product quality at all to achieve the price levels, but maintain the delivery of reliable technical service environment using high quality products.

Charity activities / Social contribution activities

Our company is participating in the Ministry of Environment's project, Team Minus 6%. All the PET bottles used in the salons are collected by an exclusive agent, and we are implementing many other projects that encourage efficient resource usage.
